About this Event
The Muses is a living-room-style gathering created as a space for women (queer and trans inclusive) to come together in creativity, reflection, and shared humanity. Part open mic, part soul-nourishing conversation, this evening is about connection and resonance.
This month's gathering includes a writing practice led by a certified trauma-informed writing guide while live sound healing instruments are played. This unique, curated experience is designed to help you tap into your own creative flow.
Hosted in an intimate setting, the space will be arranged with a mix of padded floor seating, chairs for those with accessibility needs, and staircase seating. Cozy, relaxed, and intentionally communal.
The open mic is optional, and you do not need to be a writer or performer to attend. This gathering is open to all women, whether you feel called to share on the mic, contribute to the conversation, or simply bask in the energy we cultivate together. The facilitated conversation is intended as food for the soul, where ideas can validate, give words to what we could not verbalize before, and perhaps sow seeds of inspiration for future creative expression.
This evening is a celebration of feminine energy in all its forms: intuitive, expressive, receptive, powerful, tender, and wise.
