The Messy Middle is an honest, relatable and interactive workshop about the realities of self-employment. Especially the bits we don’t tend to share online.

About Cathy Brown
Cathy Brown, founder of Cathy Brown Photography, is a professional photographer with 15 years’ experience running her own business in Greater Manchester.
Alongside the wins, she’s had the setbacks and unexpected lessons that come with self-employment. Since her adult ADHD diagnosis, she’s understood her creativity, working patterns and approach to business a lot better.
Cathy brings warmth, humour and a real-life perspective to conversations about resilience, mindset and the messy reality of running your own business.
