About this Event
This is an in-person workshop for homeowners preparing to sell a home especially if you are a G4 Visa holder and if you work at the World Bank, International Monetary Fund (IMF), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Inter-American Developement Bank (IDB)
Join Arturo Cruz & Chad Older (ESQ) with Peak Settlements for a Bilingual discussion about how selling has changed—and how your decisions can make a difference. Learn through five real seller case studies, with practical lessons and clear, plain-language guidance. Questions are welcome in Español; international owners are welcome.
5 Case Studies. Real Sellers. Real Results.
- The Long-Time Owner: How pricing, preparation and paperwork have changed since the last sale.
- The Downsizer: Timing the sale and the next move without paying twice.
- The Owner Living Abroad: Selling from overseas, including remote signing, taxes and trusted local help.
- The Priced-Too-High Listing: What can happen when a home sits—and how the seller turned it around.
- The Highest Offer Wasn’t the Best Offer: Protecting Your Proceeds: Why financing, contingencies and terms can matter more than price.
If the time has come to make a move, let's have a conversation!
