How many of the things you are trying to manifest are things you genuinely want, and how many are things you have been taught you should want?
We are constantly surrounded by messages about what a successful life is supposed to look like. The right relationship. The right career. More money. A certain type of home. A certain body. Marriage. Children. Achievement. Recognition. Even our ideas about spirituality and personal growth can be influenced by what we see other people doing.
In this week's Manifestation Class, Uma Alexandra Beepat will guide you through an exploration of authentic desire and the outside influences that can quietly shape what we believe we should be manifesting.
We'll examine the impact of family expectations, cultural conditioning, comparison, social media, past experiences, and other people's definitions of success. You'll have an opportunity to consider which desires still feel true for the person you are today and which ones you may be ready to release.
Through spiritual teaching, guided meditation, intentional journaling, and reflection, you'll begin separating what you genuinely want from what you have learned to want.
This isn't about giving up on your dreams. It's about making sure the dreams you're working so hard to create actually belong to you.
You'll leave with greater clarity about what feels authentic, what may no longer fit, and where you want to direct your energy moving forward.
No previous meditation, journaling, or manifestation experience is necessary. Bring a journal and pen and come ready to get clear about whose vision of your life you've been creating.
