Join us at The Lotus and the Light for the Lotus Power Hour, a one-hour mind, body, and spirit experience combining Hatha Yoga, meditation, and sound healing.
This intimate weekly gathering is designed to help you step away from the demands of the week, reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and restore your energy.
During our hour together, we will move through gentle Hatha Yoga to stretch and strengthen the body, transition into guided meditation to settle the mind, and finish with a relaxing sound bath where you can simply lie back, receive, and rest.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. The practice is designed to be welcoming and accessible, and participants are encouraged to honor their bodies and participate at their own comfort level.
What to expect:
Hatha Yoga
Gentle, intentional movement, stretching, breath, and mindful connection with the body.
Meditation
A guided practice to help you become present, centered, and grounded.
Sound Bath
Finish the evening resting comfortably while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls and other sound healing instruments.
The Lotus Power Hour is intentionally limited to just 8 participants to maintain a peaceful and personal atmosphere.
