With so much conflicting information out there, it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin.
On Thursday, September 17th from 5-3:630p , we’re hosting a small, supportive workshop at Cincy 360 Fitness designed specifically for women in this season of life.
This is not a workout class.It’s a starting point.
Because after pregnancy, your body isn’t something to “get back”it’s something to reconnect with, understand, and support in a new way.
Here’s what you’ll walk away with:
- A clear understanding of how to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor
- Foundational breathwork techniques you can use immediately
- Guidance on what your body needs now and how to move forward with confidence
- Small breakout sessions for more personalized guidance and hands-on support
Led by coaches who specialize in this stage:
- Rae Scudder – certified in postnatal training through “FIT4MOM!”, and introducing our Mama Strong program designed for safe, progressive strength building.
- Josh Garrett – certified in breathwork through FMS and the CHEK Institute, guiding you through simple, practical techniques.
You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at our Mama Strong class- a 6-week program built to help you build strength safely, confidently, and at your own pace.
