About The Experience Might this just be the most fun, connective dinner event you’ve ever attended—surrounded entirely by strangers?
Join LARC founder and author Tom Karrel for an interactive, 4-course dining experience designed to break you out of surface-level small talk and into real, meaningful human connection.
We’ll kick off with a cocktail-style welcome reception featuring prompts to help you meet people around the room at a deeper level. As we move through dinner, expect to get out of your chair, swap seats, share stories, and try out simple nervous system regulation techniques to keep you feeling grounded, curious, and present throughout the night.

Course 1 (Reception): Oysters & Lobster Bisque Shots with Prosecco pairing
Course 2 (Seated): Kobe Beef Meatballs & Garlic Bread with Chardonnay pairing
Course 3 (Main): Choice of Steak Frites OR Salmon with Cauliflower Risotto with Cabernet Sauvignon pairing
