About this Event
YOUR TICKET INCLUDES:
Hosted by Founder & Brewster Livia Palmiero: Enjoy an intimate evening led directly by Livia, founder and the force behind Wild IS Earth. You’ll go behind the scenes of the microbrewery, learning how our brews are crafted from scratch and discovering our closed-loop ecosystem, where spent tea grows mushrooms and surplus SCOBY transforms into innovative biomaterials for art and design.
The Guided 5-Glass Tasting Flight: Take an expansive sensory journey through the complex, tart depths of our live, small-batch kombuchas brewed right where you are sitting. Explore a curated flight highlighting our use of FairWild nettles, organic whole-leaf teas, and slow, wild fermentation methods.
The Signature Kombucha Kocktail (or Mocktail): Enjoy one full-sized drink from our botanical bar, where fermentation meets mixology. Choose from seasonal creations such as the Spicy Tide Margarita, infused with wakame seaweed and fiery lemon & ginger kombucha, a refreshing Spritz, or one of our nourishing house botanical tonics, including Glowing Skin or Gentle Repair.
Plant Bites: Guests will be served a specially created selection of plant-based wild bites, including our signature SCOBY “calamari”, made from the cellulose culture naturally produced during kombucha fermentation. This playful dish embodies our closed-loop approach, transforming what is often treated as a by-product into something delicious, surprising and memorable.
THE ATMOSPHERE
Expect an evening of botanical drinks, playful pairings, gentle global grooves and thoughtful conversation, surrounded by the very fermentation vessels where our kombucha comes to life. With just 24 guests, the experience remains intimate, immersive and highly personal. Afterwards, you're welcome to stay and enjoy our botanical bar until 11.30pm, with additional kombucha on tap, European eco-wines and independent British craft beers available to purchase.
