Please join us in Asheville, North Carolina for the launch of our new Lavender South Anthology! The Lavender South Volume I: Our Histories, Our Movement, Our Visions for the Future is a moving collection of essays, poetry, art, and more from LGBTQ+ Southerners. Hundreds of LGBTQ+ Southerners have shared stories with us in recent years, and now we're assembling select entries into an inspiring print anthology. Click here to order a copy today.
This 21+ event will take place on October 15th at DayTrip from 6-8pm, and feature poetry and essay readings from Lavender South authors, and live musical performances from Leeda Lyric Jones and Brennan Page. Plus, enjoy food from Norah’s food truck.
Please RSVP for this free event – and, if you're able, add a donation that will directly support our work advocating for the lived and legal equality of LGBTQ+ Southerners. Copies of the Lavender South Volume I will be available for purchase at the event, or you can pre-order your anthology for pickup at the event below.
