Before it was a hotel, the Kent Building was many things — including Asheville's Cold War fallout shelter. That history shaped everything here: the raw, stripped-down architecture, the design, the bones of this place. Guests come and go, but something always stays.
Cycle 8: What Remains asks the same question of you. Across your own past lives — the places you've left, the versions of yourself you've moved through — what has stayed with you? What remains, no matter how many times you leave and come home to Asheville?
