The Last Waltz: A tributeFriday, January 22, 2027 at 7pm
Inspired by The Band's legendary farewell concert at San Francisco's Winterland Ballroom on Thanksgiving Day 1976, the production recreates one of the most celebrated nights in rock history, originally featuring iconic guest artists including Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, Van Morrison, Muddy Waters, Emmylou Harris, Dr. John, Paul Butterfield, Neil Diamond and The Staple Singers. Immortalized in Martin Scorsese's acclaimed concert film The Last Waltz, ranked No. 2 on Rolling Stone's list of the 70 Greatest Music Documentaries of All Time, the concert remains a defining moment in American music.
Featuring an all-star cast of acclaimed musicians performing the roles of the original artists, Tribute to the Last Waltz faithfully recreates the music, spirit and collaborative energy of this landmark event for a new generation of audiences.
