McHenry County's fourth annual all-things-seeds event: vegetables, natives, flowers and herbs.About this Event
The Great Seed Event takes place in the McHenry County College Cafeteria, featuring three guest speakers throughout the day. Master Gardeners will lead demonstrations and offer advice to new and established growers of all ages, including activities for kids. There will be a seed swap open for home seed savers (this is free and voluntary).
General Admission is FREE!
This event is sponsored by the University of Illinois Extension, McHenry County Master Gardeners, McHenry County Plantings, and the Carey Center for Agrarian Learning at McHenry County College.
