About this Event
Join us for an evening of performances and discussion celebrating JOY and Queer resistance featuring Robyn O'Donnell, Curlew (Gill Higgins), Zozan Yasar, Lakshmi Ajay
A glorious line up of queer talent will explore the role of queer and feminist spaces in the struggle not only against queer oppression, but against racism, Islamophobia, ableism and xenophobia.
Through music, poetry, conversation and performance, we celebrate this work as part of our communities, and reflect on the work that needs more resources and energy.
Come be thrilled, entertained and galvanised where art meets resistance!
The event is a collaboration with the Change the Actcampaign.
*Events are £5 or free -we completely understand paying for one or two events and then getting free spots for others. The Radical Book Fair is entirely bookshop run and ticket sales are vital to keeping the fair sustainable and paying all our speakers so all support is heartily welcome!
*If you'd like to help make the book fair accessible to more folks, please consider adding to our pay-it-forward fund .
