Come join award winning Irish food & drinks writer Oisín Davis as he hosts the London launch for his second book, "The Irish Whiskey Cookbook" in Homeboy Bar Islington.

The Irish Whiskey Cookbook: 50 Recipes to Cook, Sip and Savour by Oisín Davis is divided evenly between savoury and sweet. Each recipe also includes the perfect whiskey pairing to enjoy alongside it, providing a complete blueprint for Irish whiskey dining and drinking experiences. Think barbecued ribs cooked with a tangy whiskey sauce and paired with a long thirst-quenching Irish whiskey cocktail or Irish coffee brownies served with the perfect Irish coffee.
Each ticket comes with a signed copy of The Irish Whiskey Cookbook and a Glendalough Whiskey cocktail upon arrival, £19.50 each including booking fee
