The Intro

Let Your Friends Do the Talking 🎃

A Pitch-a-Friend social with pool, pizza, drinks, and new connections in San Diego.

Your friends think you're a catch. Now it's time to let them prove it!

THE INTRO is a fresh, fun way to meet people in real life. Join us at Pizza on Pearl for a social night of playful matchmaking, pool, drinks, pizza, and new connections with San Diego locals.

Think your single friend deserves to be someone's next great introduction? Give them their moment! Pitch their best qualities, share what makes them a catch, and let the room decide who wants to know more.

Friends will have two minutes per pitch to make their case. Want to put your friend in the spotlight? Sign up with the host when you arrive. Pitch slots are limited, so sign up early!

Forget standing around wondering what to say. We've got you covered with hosted icebreakers and connection games designed to get conversations flowing, help you meet new people, and make mingling feel natural.

Hold That Look 👀 — Test your confidence in a playful five-second eye-contact challenge. First person to laugh loses!

Speed Friending — Meet new faces through quick, three-minute conversations with rotating partners.

Break the ice over a game of pool, meet new people, and enjoy a laid-back atmosphere where conversations can happen naturally. You might come with your crew, but don't be surprised if you leave knowing a few more people.

Bring your Halloween spirit! Costumes are encouraged, and solo, couple, and group costumes are welcome.

Dress up for a chance to win:
