We are very excited to invite you to the BVS & Aquillius Biotech Halloween Party and Vendor Expo.

We are inviting CEOs, CSOs, Directors, VPs, Lab Manager, Scientists, Clinical Managers, Lab Ops, Facilities, and Purchasing Manager and similar titles from San Diego companies and institutes to join us for this exciting event!
This is a wonderful chance for everyone to come together, share insights, and learn about the latest innovative products and services for their labs and clinical trials under one roof vs. meeting with all these suppliers individually.
We will be encouraging folks to dress up in costume and also Halloween swag will be given out for people to wear.

Admission Details:
- FREE for life sciences job-related employees (including researchers, scientists, purchasing, clinical, manufacturing, non-sales/business development positions etc.) from life sciences companies and research institutes.
- Job Seekers Admission (not consultants): Because our events are focused on technology and services, hiring managers typically aren't in attendance, so they may not offer the career connections you're looking for. To keep the experience valuable for everyone, we're able to welcome a limited number of job seekers (up to 5) at each event.
- $100 fee for product and service providers who sell to the life sciences community (e.g. BVS suppliers, business development/sales, marketing, lawyers, consultants), which includes access to the event but does not include an exhibitor table. Exhibitor tables can be purchased separately.
