About this Event
The Ikigai Way Workshop is an invitation to explore purpose, ikigai and the life force that moves us.
Through systemic exercises, family constellations and zen-inspired inquiries, we’ll align with our purpose and create space for more peace, joy, and aliveness.
Ikigai
Ikigai is a Japanese concept connected to what makes life feel meaningful and worth living. Rather than being simply about finding a purpose, ikigai invites us to notice what brings vitality, meaning, joy, and a sense of direction to everyday life. It is an invitation to reconnect with what truly matters and cultivate a life that feels more aligned and alive.
Family Constellations
Family Constellations is a systemic approach that helps us explore the hidden dynamics and patterns that may influence our relationships, choices, and the way we move through life. By looking beyond the individual and considering the wider family system, it can bring new perspectives to recurring challenges, support healthier relationships, and create space for greater clarity, connection, and inner peace.
Family Constellations + Ikigai
When Family Constellations and ikigai come together, we explore both where we come from and where life is calling us to go. Systemic work can illuminate patterns and entanglements that may be holding us back, while ikigai offers a compass toward meaning, direction, and aliveness. Together, they create a path for honouring our roots while opening space for new possibilities and a more fulfilling way of living.
