Aligned Within is a half-day immersion designed to help you step out of overthinking and reconnect with what genuinely matters to you.
Not the values you think you should have.
Not the words that simply sound good on paper.
But the values your life is already revealing and the ones your body and nervous system may have been trying to communicate all along.
Cathy begins by guiding you out of your head and into your body through breath, awareness and nervous-system practices, creating the space to slow down, listen and notice what feels true.
Tracy then takes you deeper into your personal values, exploring the honest space between what you say matters to you and how you are actually living.
Where are you aligned?
Where are you compromising yourself?
And where might your nervous system be telling you that something no longer fits?
Finally, Cathy guides you through movement, breath and embodied integration to help you process what has surfaced and reconnect with a greater sense of clarity and ease.
You’ll leave with your own values clearly defined on paper, but more importantly, with an inner compass you can actually feel.
