About this Event
Organisations invest heavily in strategy, systems and processes yet performance often hinges on how people lead, communicate, collaborate and embrace difference. Even talented people can struggle when communication breaks down, relationships become strained or teams fail to make the most of their strengths. For HR professionals, the opportunity is to create the conditions in which people, teams and organisations can thrive.
This interactive session will challenge thinking, encourage reflection and introduce practical tools, including C-Me Colour Profiling® and the Team Performance Scan®, as we explore five key areas:
- Leadership: Building trust, engagement, accountability and performance through effective leadership behaviours.
- Understanding difference: Recognising and valuing individual strengths, preferences and working styles without relying on labels or assumptions.
- Communication and soft skills: Strengthening the everyday skills that make a real difference to relationships and performance.
- Neuroinclusion: Exploring how greater awareness can support more inclusive workplaces, while recognising the limitations and sensitivities of profiling tools.
- Team cohesion and performance: Understanding what brings teams together, what holds them back and how to unlock their potential.
It's not about putting people in boxes or finding a one-size-fits-all solution. It's about understanding people better, asking better questions and turning insight into action. Come ready to share experiences, reflect and challenge your thinking. Leave with:
- Fresh insights into what drives leadership effectiveness and team performance.
- Practical ideas to strengthen communication, collaboration and people skills.
- Useful tools to spark conversations, recognise strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.
- A deeper appreciation of neuroinclusion and how to embrace difference without stereotyping.
