About this Event
Following the long-running success of the Aberdeen event, The Press & Journal and Evening Express Christmas Concerts expanded to Inverness in 2023. Quickly becoming a highlight of the Highland festive calendar, the event gives youngsters from across the region the chance to showcase their musical talents, delighting audiences and spreading seasonal cheer. The concert also raises vital funds for The P&J Community Fund, supporting local causes across The Press & Journal circulation area. Today, the Inverness show stands as a heartwarming celebration of music, generosity and festive spirit at the heart of the Highlands.
On Wednesday 9th December, The Press & Journal is bringing the Christmas Concerts to the Macdonald Drumossie Hotel in Inverness, showcasing local schools and community groups and spreading some festive cheer to the Highlands.

Press & Journal Community Fund
The P&J Community Fund supports the charities transforming our communities across the north and north-east of Scotland.
As part of our 275 year anniversary celebrations in 2023, The Press and Journal called on our readers and asked them to nominate the charities which they felt would be most deserving of our support.
The P&J Community Fund supports charities across Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, Islands and Moray.
This year we are supporting Abbie's Sparkle Foundation and Clan Cancer Support.
*Please note there will be charity collection buckets on the night if you wish to make a donation to The P&J Community Fund.
*Ticket sales will close at 1.00pm on Tuesday 8th December 2026.
