An in-person culinary experience for the general public, bringing bold flavors, elevated dining, and genuine connection to one table.
The Experience
Presented by The Wyne Down, this inaugural evening brings together two sides of Chef Esh-Marie’s culinary world: Boujee Wings and The House Dining Experience.
At 5:30 PM, Cocktail Hour begins with time to mingle and enjoy the first three Boujee Wings flights:
- Flight I — Citrus Thyme
- Flight II — Orange Pepper
- Flight III — Black Cherry Balsamic
Then comes Final Call. Guests take their assigned seats for Flight IV — the Shrimp Scampi Wing, the first-class transition into an elevated five-course tasting journey:
- Steak & Lobster Crostini
- Seasonal Garden Greens presented in a cucumber well
- Herb-Crusted Lamb Chop
- Peruvian Herb-Roasted Chicken with aji verde, garlic mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables
- Classic Tiramisu
The House of Chef Esh-Marie is about more than what’s on the plate. The Wyne Down was created around one simple belief: Connecting People Through Food.
