We invite you to join us for a meaningful morning of movement, scripture, prayer, and connection. Together, we will explore what it means to know our identity in Christ, rest in His love, and share that love with others.
Through gentle yoga, biblical reflection, guided meditation, and moments of stillness, we hope to create a space where you can step away from life’s demands and simply be present with God.
Whether you are new to yoga or have practiced for years, you are welcome just as you are.
