Over time, the heart can become guarded, not because something is wrong with us, but because protection once became necessary.
The mind protects. The heart remembers.
But what if the mind and heart were never meant to be in opposition?
The Heart Unfolding is an invitation to explore how the head and heart can begin to work together — how the mind can stop guarding from fear and instead help the heart feel safe enough to unfold.
Because the truth is: many of our behavioral patterns were learned in order to survive. Protection once served a purpose. But survival is not the same as safety.
This retreat is about gently creating the conditions where safety can be felt again — in the body, in connection, and within ourselves.
Not through force.
Not through fixing ourselves.
But through safety, presence, breath, sound, connection, touch and courage.
When the nervous system feels safe, something begins to soften. The heart naturally starts to open, unfold and guide. This is at the core of our journey together: learning how the mind can walk beside the heart — supporting it, not suppressing it.
Together, we will explore the protective patterns, emotional armouring and limiting beliefs that shape how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. Through grounded, embodied practices, we create space for greater openness, authenticity and inner trust.

The element of air — the realm of thoughts, beliefs and mental space — supports our exploration of how the mind can both protect the heart and learn to walk beside it.
Through breath, movement, silence, sound and presence, we invite the nervous system into softness, receptivity and aliveness. Every part of the retreat is designed to support a grounded and safe unfolding process.
Held in the beautiful setting of Rosengård in Sweden, the place itself becomes part of the experience. Nature, nourishing food and the peaceful environment support the process of slowing down, softening and reconnecting.
To create an intimate and supportive experience, we keep the group small — maximum 12 participants — allowing space for individual attention, meaningful connection and a sense of emotional safety.
This is not a retreat about becoming someone else.
It is about remembering what is already within you.

Aistė Li
Sound therapist, psychologist, and eternal student of life. For more than a decade, Aistė has been guiding sound journeys, weaving science, intuition, and presence into safe and nurturing spaces for deep transformation.
Olof Jilken
Devoted space holder and guide in dearmouring and parts work. Olof is passionate about creating sacred containers where healing, connection, and self-discovery can unfold naturally.
Together, Aistė and Olof create a grounded, heart-centered space where sound, breath, movement, and touch meet — inviting you to release what no longer serves you and to step into the fullness of life.
