Cacao + Breathwork Ceremony
Join us under the energy of the New Moon in Libra for an immersive evening devoted to balance, connection, intention, and the heart.
Heart of the Rose is a two-hour ceremonial journey weaving together:
🌹 Ceremonial Cacao: Begin in ceremony with cacao and intention setting, creating space to arrive, connect, and open to the experience.
🌬️ Conscious Breathwork : Lauren Salgado will guide you through an immersive breathwork journey designed to bring you deeper into the body and your inner experience.
✨ Reiki Energy Support : Alex Gonzalez will offer Reiki energy support throughout the breathwork journey.
🌹 Rose Aromatherapy : We’ll incorporate Wyldki’s 320 Hz Rose Spray, bringing the essence and symbolism of the rose into the ceremony through scent.
🎶 Sound Healing : Heidi Wiest will create an immersive sound journey with flute and other instruments to accompany and deepen the experience.
🌑 New Moon in Libra
The New Moon offers a natural moment to turn inward, set intentions, and begin again. With this lunation in Libra : the sign associated with balance, harmony, beauty, and relationship. We’ll explore what it means to return to greater harmony within ourselves and the ways we connect with others.
The rose becomes our symbol for the evening: love, beauty, devotion, mystery, and the unfolding of the heart.
No previous experience with breathwork, Reiki, cacao, or meditation is necessary.
