In the tradition of Monty Python and Mel Brooks, and sprinkled with a whole coating of the Simpsons' Halloween Treehouse of Horror series, comes The Halloween Show--a Prague sketch comedy horror night for the ages!!!
Featuring costumed sketches that find humor in the darkest of horrors, from Milton's Paradise Lost, to Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, to Bram Stoker's Dracula--even a personal favorite Horror author Richard Matheson gets a takedown from the always gloriously fine folks at Harman Street--along with many, many more!!!!
And, if you are hoping for something with a bit of a spooky vibe to help wash down your mulled wine, the show is being held at the Ungelt Theater, an 11th century theater and former Freemason's Hall in the Old Town which is reputed to be haunted!!!! So! In ol' Irish Halloween tradition, leave an empty seat at the hearth, put on your most freakishly, ghoulishly or camp evening wear, and come to Ungelt Theater October 28th and 31st for a night of laughs and Halloween drinks!!!!
