Nestled on Northgate, The Half Moon Inn is known as the oldest pub in Darlington — a proper old-school North-East boozer with character, history and plenty of stories behind its doors.
And if these old walls could talk…
Well, we reckon they’d have some tales to tell, pet.
For generations, people have walked through these doors, shared a pint, had a laugh, celebrated good times and no doubt had the odd argument along the way.
But when the last pint has been poured, the punters have headed off home and the doors are locked for the night…
Who — or what — is left behind?
That’s what Seven Wonders Paranormal Investigations intend to find out.
On Friday 30th January 2027, we’ll be taking over the Half Moon for a full night of history, mystery and paranormal investigation.
The lights will go down.
The pub will fall quiet.
And that’s when things could get very interesting…
So bring your mates, bring your courage and divvent be getting scared too easily!
Because once we’re in there, there’s nowhere to hide…
And you never know who might fancy joining us for a pint.
