The British Neurovascular Group welcomes free papers in both oral and poster format.

Please note this is a strict deadline to allow selection by the academic committee with sufficient time for the successful candidates to book appropriate study leave. Any incomplete abstracts will be considered less favourably. This deadline cannot be extended.

EVENT INFORMATION
We are happy to announce that the British Neurovascular Group (BNVG) Meeting will be taking place at Blackwell Grange Hotel, Darlington on Thursday 4th – Friday 5th February 2027.
The British Neurovascular Group was constituted in 2010 as a sub-speciality group of the Society of British Neurological Surgeons (SBNS). The group's full members are neurosurgeons with a major clinical interest in vascular neurosurgery.
We invite you to join us to share some of your most challenging neurovascular cases and how you dealt with it. This will be a great opportunity to share your work so we can all learn, reflect, and improve our practice.

DRINKS RECEPTION, POSTER VIEWING AND DINNER
The evening of Thursday 4th February a drinks reception and dinner will take place after day 1 of the conference is concluded.
We would love for you to join us to view our poster submissions and have the opportunity for further networking opportunities.
Please note: This is only included in the 2-day delegate fee.

The Blackwell Grange Hotel is a short 1.5 mile journey from Darlington station and has free parking facility onsite.
Special room rates have been negotiated on your behalf at Blackwell Grange Hotel of £105 single occupancy, bed and breakfast.

Standard fee tickets are available until 14 days before the event. After this time late fees apply. We strongly encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment
Late booking fee to apply to online and on-site registrations after 14 days prior to the event. Please note, these fees are significantly higher than the early bird/standard rates. If your registration is made after 14 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be catered for appropriately. Please note that there may also be a delay to your check in on arrival.
