This class has been updated to cover the all new product range for MY27 including new Zeb/Lyrik, Super Deluxe Ultimate and Reverb AXS B1.
Class Goal:
Deliver content to technicians to increase their service department revenue through additional offerings; suspension service, dropper service, brake bleeds, AXS installations and troubleshooting. STUdents will learn to complete these services in an efficient manner to a high standard and leave STU with the confidence to implement these services in their retail environment.
What the STUdent will take away:
- 50-hour front suspension service
Technicians will learn RockShox service of suspension lower legs, to implement suspension service into retail. Teaching all best practices for RockShox lower legs, including practice time of the service for best results at retail.
- 100-hour rear suspension service
Technicians will learn RockShox service of rear suspension, to implement suspension service into retail. Teaching all best practices for RockShox air can service, including practice time of the service for best results at retail.
- 1 Year Reverb AXS B1 seatpost service
Technicians will learn RockShox service of dropper seatpost, to implement dropper seatpost service into their workshop service offerings.
- Annual Brake bleed service on mineral oil brake systems
Technicians will learn how to properly bleed a SRAM brake in a repeatable and efficient fashion, using the correct tools and fluid to deliver a high-quality profitable service at retail.
- Full mount drivetrain setup and troubleshooting
Technicians will learn the value of SRAM setup processes, pairing and app use, along with troubleshooting for AXS systems. Creating an expert technician for SRAM AXS product to support the retail environment.
· Sag set up and Tuning
We will look at the process for setting up full suspension bikes using the tools available as well as understanding the basics of tuning (bracket testing) for the best ride experience
· Ochain overview and service process
Our newest member to the SRAM family is Ochain and we will dive into how it works, what sets it apart and the service process needed to keep it running as intended.
This is a practical, hands on course with a dedicated SRAM/RockShox trainer to support you.
Lunch, snacks and drinks including tea and coffee are provided within the cost of the course.
