About this Event
Dynamic bassist, Christian Temperley teamed up with Leeds drummer Dervyn Sherriff in February 2024 and began to assemble the Good Foot Collective.
Over the next year the band expanded to the twelve strong funk and soul outfit we have today!
An exceptional rhythm guitarist, a percussionist who plays like an octopus, a standout keyboard player and a four strong horns section affectionately known as “The weapons” all joined the fold. They now deliver a potent set of funk and soul classics designed to get you on your feet and moving to the beat. Three experienced and versatile vocalists provide a passionate lyrical delivery making the Good Foot Collective a complete powerhouse outfit.
You won’t hear “Proud Mary” or “Superstition” at these shows, as the band prefer to carefully select classics that other bands might shy away from.
