Life can feel like a lot.
Work, family, relationships, responsibilities, plans, things we’re worried about, things we keep putting off — sometimes there is so much happening in our heads that we don’t even realize how much we’re carrying.
The Gathering is a two-hour evening created for women to come together, slow down, talk about what’s actually going on, listen to each other, reflect, and clear some of that mental noise.
This October Gathering will focus on finding balance — not the perfect kind where everything is suddenly under control, but understanding where your energy is going, what feels heavy right now, what you may need more or less of, and what could help you feel a little more grounded.
There will be time to talk and share, but there is never pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. Sometimes simply being in a room with other women, listening and realizing that you’re not the only one going through something can be powerful.
The evening will be gently guided through conversation, reflection, journaling and meditation. We’ll have tea together, and I’ll also bring in some of the elements from my women's circles, including crystals and oracle cards.
Come as you are. You don't need to know anything about meditation, energy work or women's circles.
What the evening looks like
We’ll arrive, settle in with tea and get to know each other a little.
From there, I’ll guide the evening through conversation and reflection around our theme, with space for journaling, sharing and listening. We’ll move into a guided meditation to help quiet the mind and reconnect with ourselves, and finish with intention, oracle cards and time together before heading back into the world.
This isn't a class or a workshop where you need to accomplish something.
It’s two hours to put some of the weight down.

About The Gathering
The Gathering is a recurring evening for women at Green Boutique in Brooklyn.
Each edition explores a different theme, but the idea stays the same: a beautiful, supportive place to talk, reflect, connect with other women and give yourself a couple of hours away from the noise of everyday life.
The Gathering grew from my women's circles and brings together guided conversation, meditation, journaling, tea and intentional practices in a format that feels less like attending a wellness class and more like spending a meaningful evening together.
