Rooted in creativity, built upon culture, Small Green Shoots is a small but mighty, London-based, National Portfolio Organisation, dedicated to increasing career opportunities within the music and creative business for underrepresented young adults.
Over the past 15 years, SGS have placed over 320 talented young people in jobs in the sector and secured over £1.7 million of early-stage funding for artists such as Jorja Smith, Hamzaa, The Compozers, plus more.
