Kennedy Park Resort has been welcoming visitors to Napier for nearly 90 years and is an important part of our visitor economy.Council is consulting on the future of the resort as we look at how it can have a sustainable future while reducing the financial pressure its current operation puts on the organisation.
One of the options being considered is for Hampshire (NZ) Limited, an experienced holiday park operator, to take over the operation of Kennedy Park as a commercial business. Council would retain ownership of the land.
Nothing has been decided yet. This is where you come in.
Come along to our community drop-in to find out more about what’s being proposed, ask questions, have a chat with Council representatives and get help making a submission.
