Give your old denim new life in this fun, beginner-friendly upcycling workshop!Join EIT fashion lecturers and students and learn how to transform a pair of unwanted jeans into a practical and stylish bag while picking up simple sewing and creative reuse skills along the way.
No sewing experience is needed, making this workshop perfect for beginners.
When: Wednesday 14 October, 6:30pm to 8:30pm
Where: Eastern Institute of Technology, Room G170, 501 Gloucester Street, Taradale
Cost: FREE. Registration is required as spaces are limited.
What to bring: Bring along a pair of jeans that you no longer wear or use and give them a new purpose by transforming them into your very own bag.
