Through guided reflection, practical exercises and conversations with other leaders, you’ll apply the framework to a real leadership challenge and choose your next step.

Who is this for?
This workshop is designed primarily for emerging leaders in professional and financial services businesses—including accounting, financial planning, lending, insurance, legal and consulting firms.
It’s particularly relevant if you’re:
- Moving from a technical or specialist role into leading people.
- Already managing a team and wanting greater confidence and clarity.
- Preparing to take on more leadership responsibility.
Experienced leaders are welcome too. If you’re a partner, director, CEO or people leader, this is an opportunity to sharpen the fundamentals, reflect on your own leadership and explore how you develop leadership in others.

Our Leader+Mentor ticket admits two people: an emerging leader and someone supporting their growth, such as a mentor, senior colleague, director or manager.

Patty McDonald is the founder of Apex Leadership. Through executive coaching, leadership workshops and nature-based experiences, he supports leaders to develop greater clarity, strengthen relationships and lead with purpose.

Format: Interactive, in-person workshop. No previous leadership training required.
