During this 90-minute immersion you will experience:
- Grounding and nervous system regulation practices within a shared sanctuary.
- Guided breathwork and restorative pelvic awareness.
- Hands-on body mapping and somatic alignment.
- Introductory sacred techniques to support womb circulation and vitality.
- Energetic clearing and restoration of flow within the sacral center.
- A collective container for deep integration and gentle rest.
Every session is held in a curated, physical sanctuary designed for deep restoration, safety, and self-discovery.

About the Facilitator
Faith Enana is a certified Birthkeeper and Womblifting practitioner with over a decade of experience in sacred womb-centered healing care. Her work weaves together intentional bodywork, subtle energy medicine, and trauma-informed nervous system support to restore circulation, release stagnation, and encourage deep pelvic healing. Faith Enana has held healing space for individuals across multiple countries and cultures, offering environments where the body can safely release, recalibrate, and reconnect.
