Created by Michael Flakes, The Fire Table brings together a love of cooking, culture and creativity through an intimate eight-course tasting experience.
Every course is touched by fire whether grilled, charred, smoked or cooked over ember, creating a menu that celebrates bold flavours, unexpected combinations and the depth that fire brings to food.
Drawing inspiration from Afro-Caribbean flavours and modern cooking, The Fire Table is not about traditional dishes alone. It is about taking familiar flavours, reimagining them and creating something that feels both nostalgic and new.
