A dedicated day designed to better support visitors with accessible or neurodiverse needs, while remaining open to everyone.
The experience will feature a calmer environment with lights on during daylight hours, reduced visitor numbers, lower capacity, no music, and an overall gentler sensory atmosphere.
All aboard the Santa Train!
A trip on our Santa Train is the perfect way to make this Christmas extra magical. Meet Santa in his special workshop, make friends with elves and share in unforgettable family moments together.
Santa Trains can be booked as part of the checkout journey. Please be patient after selecting the date of your visit and a pop-up will open with additional experiences.
