All there is, is love.
Love has not abandoned you, turned away from you, or denied you, its bounty. That is only a mortal story whereas love is immortal.
On the 20th of June 11am. We will gather and we will have an everlasting experience.
It is love calling with a sweet song and a sunlit embrace, whispering come home.
Be with love.
Sing with love.
Move with love.
And if you need to, cry within love too.
Because love is here.
It always has been in every breath you take.

I have entrusted Sharney with you, one of my strongest allies. She is unbreakable in love. Though the storm was once savage and she lost her way for a while through new adventures and powerful activations, she returned even stronger in spirit. Just like you will continue to do so.
Sharney is a self-love coach, and her experience is your experience. It is ours. It belongs to all of us. Everything she dreams of creating is simply a reminder of what has always been true: love is eternal.
We will meet in Greenwich Park a place long known as a powerful point of sensitivity, openness, and connection.
Together we will:
- Breathe in union with nature
- Open our voices
- Aliven our senses
- Move our bodies freely
- Deprograme the nervous system
- Gently integrate this experience into our everyday lives
It is essential that we cleanse the body, regulate the nervous system with sound healing bowls and other modalities to realign our energy centers so we can maintain an open heart through all the extremes life may bring.
Most importantly, we will remember to feel safe in our bodies once again, so we can say yes to love more fully.
These gatherings are free and open to all, taking place once each month. You are welcome to return whenever you need a reminder or simply wish to experience.
If you wish, after the workshop we will visit Dark Sugars, a local chocolatier known for its exquisite hot chocolate. From there, we can take a gentle stroll along the river together before departing. I will leave a link here so you can browse.
Spaces of only 10 available. Bring a friend if you wish, but for the time being spaces are intimate and have limited capacity.
Please arrive 15 minuets before the events begins since we will be meeting at the car park and will need time to walk to the location and i don't want anyone left behind.
Wear comfortable clothing and shoes, please bring a blanket to lay on and water to stay hydrated because the weather will be warm.
