An entrepreneur at heart, she built her own brands and mentored founders through Ther Forum and accelerators, helping them gain clarity, make stronger decisions, and turn ideas into real growth.
Fatima Lusito:
Leadership & Career Transformation Coach
With 25+ years in corporate HR and coaching, working with executives and leaders across leading financial and Fortune 500 organizations, she specializes in leadership and high performance. Facet5 Certified and experiencing reinvention herself, she now helps individuals and women navigate change, gain clarity, expand, and step into more meaningful and high-impact work and lives.
Magdalena Rybka:
Founder, Speaker & Podcaster
After 25+ years of shaping leaders and organizational transformations for Fortune 500 companies like Edward Jones and BMO. Today, she is an emerging author and hosts the LIVE WITH LENA podcast, bringing powerful conversations to leaders and founders. Her work centers on courage, identity and expansion, guiding women into the lives they were always meant for.
Iuliana Calin:
Founder, Speaker & Investor
Always building something new, she spent 25 years at the forefront of innovation—scaling ventures and shaping systems at Google, X (Google’s Moonshot Factory) or Rogers. Also founded a national nonprofit and a real estate investment company, and earned two Master's degrees: in Communication and, recently, in Management of Entrepreneurship from Queen's Univ. Inspired by her daughter’s journey, she is now reshaping how we support dyslexia through Mara Learning, where science meets empathy.
