THE NEXT TEAM IS “HYBRID” - Human + AI! Are we ready?Redesigning work, the workplace. Building tomorrow’s teams. Rethinking leadership.
Your next colleague might be AI. How will you work together?
What happens when a team brings together human talent and AI agents? How do you distribute the work, develop your people and manage performance? Who makes the decisions and who takes responsibility for the outcome?
On 29 October, EXEDA Experience explores the next chapter of the Amplified Organization: hybrid Human + AI teams, and the leadership choices that will shape how they work.
We will explore work design: how to rethink tasks, roles, workflows and decisions so that human judgment, creativity and experience can work effectively alongside AI capabilities.
With a particular focus on creative industries and service businesses, we will discuss what this means for everyday management, client relationships, quality standards, talent development and the value companies deliver.
How do you lead a team when people can delegate parts of their work to AI? How do junior colleagues develop expertise when many traditional learning tasks can be automated? How do you protect originality and trust while increasing speed? And how do you help people move from uncertainty to meaningful participation?
Through a keynote, candid panel conversations, a practical demonstration and networking, we will explore how to move from individual AI adoption to a shared way of working.
For founders, executives, team leaders, people professionals and anyone responsible for building the next version of their organization.
The next team is hybrid. The responsibility to shape it is ours.
