Join Kemetic Wellness for The Energy Reset: Root Chakra Healing, an interactive, African-centered holistic wellness workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself, restore energetic balance, and strengthen your foundation.
This is a community healing space created exclusively for Black men and women to come together, experience African-centered energy healing practices, and cultivate greater grounding, stability, and spiritual wellness.
The root chakra is associated with our sense of safety, security, stability, and connection to the physical world. When this energy center is out of balance, we may experience feelings of fear, insecurity, instability, or disconnection.
During this 90-minute healing experience, we'll explore the root chakra through African-centered spiritual teachings and practical energy healing techniques.
What You'll Experience:
- Root Chakra Education: Understand the function of the root chakra and recognize potential signs of energetic imbalance.
- Breath Activation & Grounding: Practice intentional breathing, visualization, and grounding techniques to reconnect with your body and the present moment.
- Hekau (Words of Power): Explore the use of intentional affirmations to support grounding, stability, and energetic alignment.
- Group Ra Sekhi (Kemetic Reiki) Healing: Experience a 30-minute guided energy healing session focused on grounding, relaxation, and energetic balance.
- Reflection & Integration: Explore ways to incorporate these healing practices into your daily life.
This workshop is more than a lecture. It's an opportunity to experience African-centered holistic healing practices in a supportive community setting.
