About this Event
The Energy Center Audit Workshop
A High Frequency Healing™ Learnscape Exploring Where Your Energy Is Leaking and How to Take Back Your Power.
What if you don't need more energy? What if you just need to stop leaking the energy you already have?
Think about a bathtub.
You can turn the faucet on full blast, but if the drain is wide open, it doesn't matter how much water you pour in. The tub never fills.
Now think about your own energy.
We spend so much time trying to create more of it. More rest. More self-care. More meditation. More practices to help us feel better.
But how often do we stop to ask where our energy is actually going?
What if the exhaustion, frustration, or feeling of being stuck isn't always about how much you're doing, but about the unconscious patterns, beliefs, expectations, and habits that are quietly draining you?
What if you could identify those leaks and begin reclaiming your power?
That's exactly what we're going to explore.
Seven Energy Centers. A New Conversation.
You've probably heard of chakras. Maybe you've even been told that one of yours is blocked, closed, or out of balance.
At SHINE, we're taking that conversation to a new, expanded level.
Drawing from years of working with thousands of women through workshops, trainings, and transformational experiences, SHINE founder Cortney Martinelli developed the Seven High Frequency Healing Energy Centers™—a framework informed by firsthand observation, lived experience, and the patterns that repeatedly emerge as women navigate growth and change.
Rather than focusing on whether an energy center is open or closed, we explore something much more empowering:
Where is your energy leaking?
Because energy leakage isn't a personality trait. It isn't something wrong with you.
It's a pattern.
And patterns can change.
Your Energy Audit: Awareness Into Action
During this interactive 90-minute Learnscape, you'll:
- Understand Energy Leakage: Discover how unconscious patterns and everyday choices may be draining your energy without you even realizing it.
- Explore the Seven Energy Centers: Learn SHINE's expanded approach to understanding your energy through the High Frequency Healing™ framework.
- Take Your Personal Energy Audit: Complete a 35-question self-assessment to identify your two greatest potential sources of energy leakage.
- Create Your Energy Reclamation Plan: Explore your results, identify the patterns you're ready to shift, and develop practical steps to begin reclaiming your energy.
- Experience an Energy Center Meditation: Move beyond understanding into experience with a guided meditation designed to help you connect with the energy, identity, and state of being you want to embody moving forward.
Not Theory. A Living Laboratory.
At SHINE, we don't just talk about transformation. We create opportunities to experience it.
The Energy Center Audit brings that experience into a practical, personal exploration of your own energy.
Because understanding yourself is powerful.
But learning what to do with that understanding is where change begins.
Your Journey Continues Beyond the Learnscape
You'll receive your own High Frequency Healing™ Energy Audit Workbook to take home, featuring your personal assessment, guidance for all seven energy centers, reflection questions, declarations, and practical exercises to support your continued exploration.
You can't reclaim your power until you recognize where your energy is leaking.
