We have a confession.
We love yoga.
But we REALLY love roller skating.
So we're bringing the two together for a Saturday morning unlike anything else at SHINE.
Join SHINE owner Cortney and yoga teacher Jess for SHINE + SKATE: Celebrating the Decades—a two-hour throwback party filled with movement, music, roller skating, dancing, and all the feel-good energy of the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
We'll kick things off with a playful 25-minute, beginner-friendly yoga warm-up designed to loosen you up, get you moving, and prepare you to hit the rink. Then we're turning up the music and skating, dancing, laughing, and celebrating our way through three unforgettable decades.

No yoga experience needed. No skating expertise required.
Come with your friends. Come dressed as your favorite decade. Come ready to move, laugh, sing at the top of your lungs, dance, and maybe remember just how much fun it is to put on a pair of roller skates.

Pick your era and have fun with it. Dressing up is completely optional—but highly encouraged.
