An evening of rare pours, good conversation and whisky discovery at Bar Selecta.
Join us at Bar Selecta for an exclusive whisky tasting hosted by Kelvin Low, owner of The Elysian Whisky Bar and co-owner of Kura and Bar Selecta.
For this special evening, Kelvin will take guests through a curated selection of six rare and exclusive bottlings from The Elysian, including limited releases, aged expressions and distinctive single-cask selections.
From a 21-year-old Secret Irish to a 28-year-old Ben Nevis, each pour offers something different to discover. Expect an evening of exceptional whisky, stories behind the bottles and good conversation along the way.
And when the tasting wraps up, the night continues.
DJ Dallas will be on the decks from 9PM–11PM, while whisky cocktails and whisky flights will be available from the bar. Stay for another pour and settle into the sounds at Selecta.

ABOUT THE ELYSIAN WHISKY BAR
The Elysian Whisky Bar in Fitzroy has been a place of pilgrimage for almost 10 years. Under the stewardship of self-confessed 'whisky geek', Kelvin Low has steered the Elysian to incredible success, taking home 'Whisky Bar of the Year' 3 times (2018, 2023 and 2024) and being awarded as an Icon of Whisky Australia - Whisky Bar of the Year by the Whisky Magazine in 2021.
This tasting will be presented by Kelvin (owner of The Elysian Whisky Bar and co-owner of Kura and Bar Selecta). He will showcase six Elysian single-cask bottlings that he has done over the last 10 years for whisky lovers here at Bar Selecta.
