About this Event
About The Studio
The Studio is a dedicated space for wellbeing within the All Things Golden Hawthorn flagship. It marks an evolution of the A.T.G world: a place for connection, discovery and restoration, extending the experience beyond what you wear and into how you feel.
About this class
Over a 90 minute journey, explore rhythmic breathwork, live instrumentation and produced soundscapes. Creating a space to step out of the mind and into the body. Guided by a belief in the body's innate intelligence, breath and sound intertwine, allowing you to surrender and explore inwardly.
For anyone ready to let go of stress, re-wire subconscious patterns and create a shift that ripples into life. You'll come away with a deeper awareness of self, and a sense of clarity and vitality.
About your teacher
A dedicated breathwork facilitator and musician exploring the transformative power of conscious breathing and sound. His work blends live instrumentation with produced soundscapes.

Please arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close 10 minutes after the start time and we’re unable to let in latecomers after that.
Complimentary tea & community connection
Come as you are, straight from your day. Complimentary organic Mayde tea is served before every class, a moment to slow down, meet fellow members of the community and settle in before you begin.
Shopping
You’re welcome to shop before your class - feel free to arrive a little earlier if you’d like some time to look around.
Where to find us
You’ll find our Flagship entrance here, to the left of our HQ. Once inside, head up the stairs and we’ll meet you in The Flagship Store.
