About this Event
We are starting an Edami Film Club!
On the 16th of October we’re screening The Virgin, the Copts and Me by French-Egyptian director Namir Abdel Messeeh. It’s a playful and heartwarming documentary, that intimately captures the directors relationship with Cairo and Asyut (upper Egypt) filmed just before the Egyptian revolution in 2011, which catapulted the region into an intense cultural and shift.
There will be food, drinks (Lebanese wines, beer and Arak), and lots of lovely people for conversations and mingling after the screening 💜
We can’t wait to see you there! ✨🎥✨
