About this Event
Change is everywhere, and constant instability is taking a toll on today's workforce. In this practical session, Russell will explore the psychological reality of navigating change and provide a reassuring framework to help you cut through the noise, focus on what you can control, and better support yourself and your people.
Award-winning author and speaker Russell Beck of ImagineThinkDo will lead the session. Russell is known for his engaging and thought-provoking approach to the changing world of work, helping leaders and organisations understand the human impact of change and how to respond to it.
His sessions combine practical insight with a strong understanding of the psychology behind how people respond to uncertainty and disruption, giving attendees ideas they can take away and apply within their own teams.
Following the main talk, a dedicated breakout session will give you the opportunity to connect with peers, discuss the insights and apply these strategies directly to your own challenges.
