About this Event
The Bruch Sessions are where self-discovery meets real connection.
Each session blends guided self-discovery with honest conversation — no scripts, no corporate polish. You'll walk away with tangible leadership tools, clarity on what you value, and language for the moments that don't make it into performance reviews: knowing when you've been heard versus actually valued, when to hold your ground, and when your energy is better spent building something of your own.
This is also a room to actually meet people. Come for the conversation, stay for the community. Connect with others navigating the same questions, build your network outside the usual work circles, and leave with relationships that outlast the session.
This is a 4-part rotating series: Core Values, Purpose, Leadership (Kolbe), and Conflict Resolution. Each one a standalone entry point into deeper self-awareness and leadership development. Join for one session or the full rotation.
Hosted by Chisa O'Quinn, author of Cultivate Your Purpose and coach with Re-Purposed Living.
