An exploration of Britney's role as a real life Laura Palmer through improv, drag, character, and pole dancing!!! heheee
In 2002, without her label's knowledge, Britney (in her pajamas) walked into a radio station and gave them a song off of her "new album" (which has never come out, and will never come out). This song was called Mona Lisa, with a tantalizing whispered hook, "...She's been cloned, she's been cloned, she's been cloned..."
Tonight we'll be celebrating Britney Spears' birthday. She stunned the world with her beauty, talent, and grace. But of course, there was and is a darkness to her story. Let's explore together, through comedy and dance, how Britney can be compared to Lynch's Laura Palmer from Twin Peaks.
If you're not really familiar with either of these icons of pop culture...
