Mine and Grace's second event, super excited! We will be doing a movement embodied dance workshop, a mini ecstatic dance then followed by a breath workshop, then a guided reiki and energy healing sound bath journey with drums, chimes, and didgeridoo
Bring a blanket and a yoga mat!
$10-25 sliding scale, rsvp ahead of time please!
